• Scope. These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all purchase orders submitted or to be submitted by you for any item or service offered to you on or via BTI ENGINEERS website (referred to in these Terms and Conditions as the “Products”), including, but not limited to, hand tools, craft kits, leather supplies, stamping tools, carving tools, hardware, , machinery and accessories., Jewelry Tools watch making tools , hand tools etc
• Orders a. Any purchase order submitted is subject to acceptance by BTI ENGINEERS . Only upon acceptance BTI ENGINEERS by way of an order confirmation is the agreement concluded. b. BTI ENGINEERS t reserves the right to reject any orders in full or in part or to apply a maximum order amount. c. All orders are subject to stock availability.
• Color. We strive to make the colors shown on the website as accurate as possible. However, due to the inconsistencies of various monitors, the colors on your screen may not be an accurate depiction of the actual color. We cannot guarantee that colors displayed on the website will exactly match the color of the product or elements of any design. Screen images should be used as a guide only. If you have any questions about a particular color or finishes, please contact us prior to ordering for clarification. • Size. We make every effort to give you accurate information regarding manufacturer reported sizing information and dimensions for our products in our size guides. Please note that due to the nature of the manufacturing process, measuring instruments and measurement unit conversion, from time to time product sizing may vary slightly.
•  Price and payment a. Prices indicated on the website are exclusive of import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by destination country. You are responsible for any such import taxes, customs duties, fees, and any other charges government levies, if any, associated with your order. If import taxes, customs duties and fees are due, you are responsible to pay all fees in full. b. Shipping and handling charges (if any) will apply in addition to the sale price indicated on the website. Prices are subject to change at any time but will not affect orders made prior to the date of the change. In order to submit orders and use the Payment Service you must supply details of your preferred payment method, billing and shipping address (if applicable. and/or any other details necessary to complete the order. c. If, for whichever reason, collection through the Payment Service should fail, BTI ENGINEERS will invoice you by e-mail for the amount payable, which must be paid by credit card, wire transfer or paypal within the days specified in the invoice.
•  Delivery and risk of loss a. BTI ENGINEERS will endeavor to deliver within forty (40) days of order acceptance. If multiple Products are ordered BTI ENGINEERS reserves the right to deliver each Product separately. b. Products will be delivered either to your delivery address or possession. The risk of loss or damage to the Products will pass to you at the moment the Products are delivered to your delivery address or possession. c. If you refuse or neglect to take delivery of the Products, BTI ENGINEERS reserves the right to charge you for the reasonable cost of storing the Products until delivery can be made. d. If delivery to you should fail for any reason outside BTI ENGINEERS control, BTI ENGINEERS reserves the right to cancel the purchase agreement and refund any monies paid. e. If BTI ENGINEERS delivers a Product or an amount of a Product that you did not order by mistake, you shall immediately inform BTI ENGINEERS of its mistake by email via https://anzleathercrafts.com/contact-us/ and you shall, at BTI ENGINEERS request, immediately arrange for the return of the Product (the costs of which shall be met by BTI ENGINEERS ) or dispose the Product. f. Acceptance of a non-ordered Product or amount of a Product does not relieve you from acceptance and payment of the Product you initially ordered, unless otherwise agreed with BTI ENGINEERS
• Return Policy a BTI ENGINEERS allows you to return Product for any reason provided that it has not yet been used at any time during the thirty (60) business days of the purchase, with the exception of leather articles including craft kits, leather care, liquids, and clearance items. Damages of a Product resulting from negligence, misuse, unauthorized modification, caused by natural disaster theft or loss are not covered. If the item has not been opened BTI ENGINEERS will refund the purchase price actually paid minus shipping and handling charges. If the item has been opened, BTI ENGINEERS will charge a 20% restocking fee in addition to shipping and handling charges BTI ENGINEERS will not issue refunds for products that have been defaced, altered, used, or damaged in any way. All requests for refunds are subject to inspection BTI ENGINEERS of the returned item. BTI ENGINEERS will issue refunds by issuing a credit to the credit card or paypal account used to purchase the item. If you choose to return any Product, you must contact BTI ENGINEERS within the thirty (30) business days of purchase by email https://anzleathercrafts.com/contact-us/ to obtain a return authorization and return the Product in its original packaging, free of all interests, liens, or claims otherwise, to the address provided by BTI ENGINEERS
  . BTI ENGINEERS will not issue any refunds in response to requests made more than thirty (30) business days after the purchase of the item. Items cannot be returned to a retail store.
  BTI ENGINEERS will only accept returns on items purchased directly from the BTIENGINEERS website. b. All sales of products sold as clearance are final.
• Copyright & Confidentiality. Copyright and other intellectual, industrial and/or proprietary rights to the Product and to the Content are owned by BTIENGINEERS. You may not copy, download, upload or in any other way reproduce Product and/or Content. You acknowledge and agree that the Products and Contents were developed at considerable time and expense by BTIENGINEERS and are confidential to, and a trade secret BTIENGINEERS and/or other third parties.
• Limited Warranty a. BTIENGINEERS does not and cannot warrant that the Products operate in a manner that is completely error-free nor that any information provided is always accurate.. This Limited Warranty is not transferable.
• Product Liability. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine the suitability of any products purchased from BTIENGINEERS or our website for use in their applications. BTIENGINEERS will, in no event, be liable for any incidental or consequential damages whatsoever, or for any sum in excess of the price received for the goods.
• BTI ENGINEERS own full right to change ,amend,Design of the product any time with out any prior notice.
